According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the fatal collision occurred on Cane Savannah Road near St. Paul Church Road. Investigators said Hall was driving a Hyundai SUV northbound when a Ford SUV traveling southbound crossed the center line and collided head-on with his vehicle.
